Tell me that this isn't one of the cutest things you've ever seen and Imma punch you in the face -- Only kidding. Please don't run away... I don't even know how to make a fist!
How was everyone's Christmas? Any plans for New Year celebrations? I'll be heading up to Cameron Highlands with some friends on Wednesday. No traffic jams and suffocating crowds for me, please!
Read on for some random bits. I'm sure there'll be something for you.
About a week before Christmas, the usual event-going "kaki" (aka gang) gathered in Sunway Pyramid for A Cut Above Christmas Soiree themed Shanghai Moulin Rouge. There were loads of outfits and hair masterpieces being showcased so for once, we weren't more engrossed by the food. At one point during the show, I yelled out "VPL!" but as it turned out, the models were actually sporting body paint. Gosh, how embarrassing!
We had the pleasure of being entertained by Malaysian Idol Finalist, Nikki, with her rendition of Moulin Rouge and that gorgeous gorgeous dress.
Shawn Lee, the beat-boxing boy wonder, closed the show and wow. Just wow.
Give us camera-armed girls some beer and there's no stopping the camwhoring. Did you notice that only Bee came in theme with her cheongsam?
For the night's look I'ved used Benefit Dr. Feelgood and RMK Powder Foundation EX in #103 for my base makeup. MAC Mineralize Skinfinish in Cheeky Bronze on the cheeks. For eyeshadow, I've used MAC Melon Pigment on the lid, I Nuovi Spellbound in the crease, some Scott Barnes Night to darken the outer corner, and Stila Mystic on the lower lash line. Of course, MAC Ricepaper as highlight. I've also added gold glitter gel liner by KATE onto the inner corners. MAC Blacktrack Fluidline and Taiwan faux lashes complete the eye makeup.
The MAC Love's Devine Lash Kit is among many other Christmas prezzies from the ladies in my life who understand my passion. ParisB and Plue helped strike out a few things off my wishlist and Kahani satisfied my candy cane craving (I decided not to buy 3 boxes of candy canes this year...). Love you girls lots lots!
Also, I must have done something awfully nice this year (no idea what) because as of Christmas Day, my MAC collection doubled. Sorry, no details!
Since I need to make way for all my new makeup, I figured that I'd have to start organizing my stash. So far I've only managed to fill up this black acrylic case with all my lip products, mascaras, pencil/pen liners and eyebrow products. A lot more to go >.<
